Hi my name is Bruce Wood, Owner and Founder of The Healthy Planet Group and I firmly believe that all of us can make a difference. And we should all be able to afford live happier healthier lives. In 2007 at just 47 years old I had to have a hole in my heart repaired, Ouch! And I was forced instantly to learn how to eat heart smart and live healthier if I wanted to stay alive. I found out that eating healthy wasn't cheap anymore. I could remember when eating healthy was cheap and eating the unhealthy junk food cost extra. Now it's the other way around.
